At Virelle, we want you to love your jewelry as much as we love creating it. However, we understand that sometimes things might not work out. Here is everything you need to know about getting your order, returning it, or getting a refund.
🚚 1. Shipping Policy
We ship happiness across India!
- Dispatch Time: We usually dispatch orders within 24-48 hours of placement.
- Delivery Time:
- Metros: 3-5 working days.
- Rest of India: 5-7 working days.
- Tracking: Once shipped, you will receive a tracking link via SMS/Email to keep an eye on your package.
🔄 2. 7-Day Return Policy
Not happy with the look? No problem. We offer a 7-Day Return Window starting from the date of delivery.
Conditions for Return:
- The item must be unworn, unused, and in its original condition.
- All tags, warranty cards, and the original box must be intact.
- Hygiene Check: For hygiene reasons, nose pins and body jewelry are non-returnable unless defective.
💸 3. Refund Policy (Important)
Once we receive your return at our warehouse, our quality team will inspect the product.
- Refund Approval: If the product passes the quality check (unworn/undamaged), the refund process is initiated immediately.
- Refund Mode: The refund amount will be credited back to the original source of payment (same bank account/card/UPI ID used for the purchase). We cannot transfer refunds to third-party accounts.
- Timeline: Please allow up to 7 Working Days for the amount to reflect in your bank account after we receive the return.
⚠️ 4. Damaged or Defective Items
Received a damaged piece? We are so sorry! While we do a 3-step quality check, transit damages can happen.
- Report within 48 Hours: Please email us at support@virelle.in or WhatsApp us within 48 hours of delivery.
- Proof Required: Please attach a photo/video of the damaged product.
💡 Pro Tip: We highly recommend making an Unboxing Video without cuts when you open the parcel. This makes the claim process 100% smooth. We will arrange a free replacement or a full refund immediately.

It’s simple. Just follow these steps:

- Our team will arrange a reverse pickup within 2-3 days.
- Hand over the securely packed package to the courier partner.
